Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, and what rights you have. It follows the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer; we are not required to. For any question about your data, write to [email protected].

2. No cookies, no tracking

This site sets no cookies. It uses no analytics, no advertising pixels and no social plugins, and it stores nothing in your browser. Every font and image is served from our own site, so loading a page sends no request to any third party.

There is therefore no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to.

3. What data we handle

Only what you choose to send us. If you contact us by email, by phone, or by typing your address into the enquiry field, we receive:

your email address, and your phone number if you give it;
your name, if you give it;
whatever you write in your message.

The enquiry field on the site does not send anything to a server of ours. It opens your own email programme with a message addressed to us, which you then send yourself.

Our website host may keep standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running.

4. Why, and on what legal basis

To answer your enquiry and prepare a possible order — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering a contract), and Art. 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us).
To meet accounting and tax obligations, once an order exists — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation).

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send marketing without your consent.

5. Who else sees it

We do not sell or trade personal data. It may be processed by:

our email provider, which carries the messages you send us;
our website host;
our accountant and the authorities, where the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept only as long as needed to deal with them, and then deleted. Where an order is placed, the related documents are kept for the periods Bulgarian accounting and tax law requires.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data; have it corrected; have it erased; restrict how we use it; object to our use of it; and receive it in a portable form. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

8. Complaints

If you believe we handle your data unlawfully, you may complain to the Bulgarian supervisory authority:
